95 is really awesome. I can't really do regular snatches. I think I'm at like 45 pounds cause I'm just not comfy with the movement and only at like 85 for the power snatch. So keep working on it watch vids and record yourself.

some WODs I have to break more. I'm horrible at cardio and get all super out of breath easily. So I make sure that I do stuff as hard as I can before actually passing out. lol. Which usually makes me come in last but that's ok. cause I know it's because I'm working hard.

I want a bodyfat % of 17 ish. I'm currently 147# and around 23%

Def foam roaller. I have sciatica so i have to watch out for that too. Pilates moves help too cause it builds strenght around the areas that may need support as well as stretching. Just be gentle in all the stretches you do. don't go too far.

Yay!! I remember skinny Taso and Bulk Taso and how hard it was when doing your cut. lol. Ahh, I'm glad to have been friends with you throughout your journey this far. Keep it up, you are a definite inspiration on how to do this the right way and I'm happy for you.

I say try a program that is full body workout with weights (heavy for you to where you can do 5-7 reps with correct form but no more) and cardio 4-5x a week. once you do that for awhile try a 4 day split program where you do 2 days of upper body and 2 days lower body. There are a lot of programs out there just find one…

I don't swear by it. But I do know that when I started going to a high fat diet consisting of coconut oil I began to finally lose bodyfat %. I think there is something to it.

either use a hrm when you do your workouts or I estimate it at around 300 / workout.

Doing wall balls today, I had to keep stopping to blow my nose. With the head tilted back I kept getting post nasal drip and gagging. lol Yeah, Crossfit strong.
