Anyone about 5'5 and appx 150?

I'm 5'5'' and 195 lbs, medium build (I've been in the 190's forever) and I would like to lose about 45 lbs.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see some before and after pics around the same sizes to help keep me motivated and see what I can possibly expect to see myself look like as I lose weight. :)

    I started at 177 - and the picture of me dressed for curling drinking a beer is from the day I joined MFP.

    The picture of me in the Summit Beer shirt is from late July and I'm about 157 at that time.

    The picture of me with my Canadian curling broom is from about a month ago, and I'm at about 140 at that time.

    Hey there :) I started out around 191 Jan 1, 2012. My before picture is around 186/187 ish. My After picture was taken a few days ago at 150 lbs. The first 25 or so came off pretty quickly but then my weight loss slowed down a lot. I just tried to switch up my routine and calories. You got this! :drinker:

    You can check out my profile pics and friend me! (Every once in a while I'll post before and during pics). I'm 5'5", started at around 186 and am currently about 157 with a goal of 140 (although I might change that once I get there).

    I'm slightly taller (5'6) but feel free to check out my pictures. The one in the green shirt is at my heaviest, 185.5. The ones in the bikini are around 150, the ones in the striped dress are around 143.

    ETA: I should say my heaviest this time around. My highest weight ever is 197.

    I am 5'5 and weighed 205, now I weigh anywhere between 138 and 147 depending on the racing season. I haven't found a really good before pic...

    I started my weight loss journey on an Aussie challenge site in Feb 12, I am 5'5", and weighed 222lbs.
    I lost 22lb in 10 weeks, then I found out about this great site MFP, and I love it. The other site had menu plans but I prefer to make my own menus plus my hubs would not eat a lot of the food items on those plans. I have lost another 17lbs which has brought me to 179 lbs, and I was exercising every morning, walking 60 to 90 minutes. However I could not do other exercises as I was waiting for surgery to repair 2 hernias, which was done on Dec 6th so I am still recuperating., so no exercising allowed just now. Had a few extra foods and drinks over the Festive season but back on track again and want to lose another 10 kgs this year ( 22lbs) and then hopefully maintain it.
    Just love the food diary on here and the inspiration from the friends I have made and reading the wonderful success stories.
    Just shows we CAN all do it, we are all WORTH it. Good Luck everyone and NEVER give up- every single person has a bad day somewhere along the line. Just pick yourself up and start over. :)
