BUMP! What was the time frame?
Well, I grew up obese thanks to an obese family. I have medical records at 10 years old weighing 160, then ballooned to 200's from there for about 10 years. The past 2 years I took 65 off. Not done - probably around 15lb more to go. I really want abs and I want to be as strong as I can and continue competing.
The first pic is the only full body pic I could find at all and it's from when I was 19 and had no desire to do anything about my weight. I didn't get fed up and start weight loss until Oct 2011, I'm 25 now.0 -
