Form Sucks
I have a really hard time with the whole toes not extending past the knee thing. Anyone else have a hard time with this one? It's frustrating because I always feel like I'm doing my exercises wrong. ::sigh:: guess I'll just keep trying. Hoping I'm not the only one with this issue.

Does jogging give you muscles elsewhere?
I did my c25k jog yesterday and it is the 11 minute jog. Today I am sore in my obliques. Does jogging help give muscles other places than just the legs? Awesome!

I think I'm becoming addicted.
I think I am becoming addicted to jogging. I'm doing the C25K Program and am now up to 7 minutes in a row. I love the way it feels afterwards and want to jog everyday!! But I know I can't because I'll end up injuring myself, but I'm happy I'm actually liking it. :)

Gaaahhh! I really need to stop weighing myself daily.
