I'm running regularly now (3-4 days a week) and will be finishing up the 30 Day Shred November 5th. What should I do next for cardio / strength ? Suggestions please!

my personal favorite thing i find changed my body and improved my life most was a fitness class targeting the CORE, focusing on abs and back strength (some pilates-based stuff mixed with moves on the exercise ball and mat). the benefits of this kind of thing are great. i'd say give it a try!0

If you have done 30-day shred, I would recommend Ripped in 30. It is more intense then 30-day shred. I have done 30DS and am currently doing Ripped in 30. I can't even get through Ripped in 30 - level 3 completely (there are 4 levels). Just my suggestion.0
