Back pain and sock dancing...

Beer makes my back feel better. Good or bad? I don't want to go dancing around the house in my socks and hurt it more cause I don't feel the pain like I should. haha.

    Be careful. Your right.Sock dancing might not be good right now. You only have one spine. Be nice to spine and bones. :smile:
