    I would never knock lifting!! Girl anything athletic kicks butt!! As soon as I finish an Ironman (May 2013) I am going to chill on cardio and build as many big muscles as I can :)

    All the boys at my gym Ask me to show them my snatch It's quite embarrassing for my husband. They can clean and press all day but don't know jack about snatches or clean & jerks. Even after extensive demonstration they stick to the old familiar moves.

    I've never seen this website before, but it's something that after browsing for about 5 minutes, I'm forever grateful for your posting! Thanks for the site. I've been looking to add some variety and this will be super helpful. *done with serious posting* carry on.

    No worries! they also post strength standards so you know where you "fall" and an ORM calculator! ENJOY!

    For the record, I have a lot to learn about lifting still. I focus mainly on squats, DL's, bench, OHP, and Row. I do bear complexes too, which involves clean, push press, and fron squat.
