Count me in on this theory. I've ridden as high as 275, and never had tire issues, other than the occasional flat. (that's 275 LB, not PSI :)

Depending on the weather, I go 3,4 or 5 times a week. Somedays I go for a long walk at lunch instead. And with warm weather soon, I'll be cycling. My goal is 150 minutes of total exercise per week.

Been raising my two pre-teens on my own, for two years, since I ditched their drunken mother. One thing that's helped me is lowering my expectations. And red wine. As for dating, I'm not ready and most days I hope I never am.
