i can easily have 2 lbs of water weight from sodium the next morning if i had a lot of sodium that day. and i know not to freak out about it. try to lower your sodium intake if it bothers you. drink more water the next day after a lot of sodium and the scale will go back down

I use great value flavor packets!!! Taste so good and im drinking water all day :)

Pregnancy 5 years ago didnt really make mine bigger and have went down a cup size if not more and fear i will have none by the time i get to goal weight....:sad:

I used to eat a whole dominos medium pizza and boneless chicken wings in one sitting. And whole bags of chips and pints of ice cream every night. Gee I wonder how I got fat?

I lose easily at 1700 cals per day. I would just slowly up your calories by a few hundred. Dont be afraid to do what is healthy for you

im about the same weight and i eat 1600-1700 cals. i have no idea if you should be eating more because of the breastfeeding. ask your doctor?

try for bigger portions of the healthy vegetables. good luck :)

Dont give up! I think you would benefit greatly by upping your calorie goal by 100 or 200 since you exercise so much. Good luck!

Jelly doughnuts, wildberry poptarts, pumpkin pie, any chocolate cake lol, brownie cheese cake ice cream, starburst, milky way, wavy lays ranch chips, dont remember what kind of non diet cereal lol, orange crush doughnut holes!, and everything is good fried :)

Find a tdee calculator and eat less than your tdee consistently and you will lose weight

No one should be eating less than 1200 calories unless instructed to by a doctor. Try to eat at least 1200 and a little more on days you exercise :)

your calorie deficit is built in you need to eat the whole amount mfp has set for you :)

I dont know anything about yoga but make walking your best friend! You will never regret it :)

I was that way when i started. Got over it. Life is not enjoyable if you cant eat out with family and friends every now and then. I am going to a bbq restaurant this evening with my family and will choose healthy options and have done a workout already in preparation. Not the end of the world guys
