FInally in Onederland

It all started in December...I saw a picture of myself and realized I had gained back all the weight I had lost two years prior. My New Years resolution was to run at least one mile every week. It was very hard at first. I hated running. I would do the mile on the treadmill and then move to the elliptical as soon as I was done. I still didn't see my weight change much, I knew it was because my eating habits were awful.

I decided to try the Advocare 24-day challenge to refocus my eating habits and break the cycle of binging. I started it in April to make sure I was done before the six weddings I had over the summer. It was really hard, but I made it through.

But this isn't an Advocare post. This is a before and current post.

The first two were taken on the first day of the challenge. I was at 245 pounds (my heaviest was 260, about two years prior).

These pictures are from today. Same swim suit in both photos. This time around I had the top as small and as tight as I could get it.
Weighing 198. I am finally in onederland. I don't even know the last time I was there. Goal weight is 170!!
