Weight fluctuates on a daily basis. I can go to bed 6-7 lbs heavier than I woke up, depending on many factors. Fat won't affect you, sodium may, but if you are under your calorie goal anyways, you will only have water fluctuations. Drink some water, have a good poo, and the excess will work its way out.

Vitamin D from the sun forms a powder on the skin? Pretty sure all I've ever heard is that it is synthesized in the skin.

The only cure is a water fast.

Couple hundred for breakfast, anywhere from 300-500 for lunch, then about a thousand for dinner and beyond, depending on what my all-knowing fitbit says when I sync it after getting home from work.

You missed one important aspect... eating healthy. That's far too few calories. Set your goal for a reasonable deficit and eat back your exercise calories.

I'm pretty sure all the antibiotics I've been given in my life have been metabolized by now and aren't just sitting in my tissues. If they were, I'd never get sick... and the testosterone my husband takes every ten days obviously needs replenished... so why do antibiotics and hormones magically stay inside animals forever??

I tried everything... the hot pepper stuff? Yep, no effect on me. Finally, I painted mine black and between the horrid taste of black nail polish and the horrid way they look once nibbled, I have quit biting mine.

At home I'd use either ham or bacon and butter, but otherwise, I don't see much difference....
