Waste of $$$$$ If you want to drink a smoothie for a meal, buy your own protein powder for 1/16 of the cost and add whatever you want. Done. Don't be fooled by some overly hyped MLM scheme

100% this.

The best way for meal, is to pre-plan. I pre-make or pre-plan meals for the entire day/week. I am accountable for what I am doing/eating, and making sure I am honest with myself. If I have that extra glass of wine, I log it. Until that comes, there's nothing else you can really do. Find the strength to do what you know you…

Just this last Christmas, my husband and I tracked how much we ate on Boxing Day at our big family event, including drinks. I was at 4,500 (I was driving so I had only a few glasses of wine) He was at 6,800 It was deliciously epic. <3

I like isolates as I have issues with lactose sometimes. I really like the Kaizen Naturals Vanilla Whey Isolate they sell at Costco. Nice and thick, not tons of extra stuff added and delicious. Not chalky. EDIT: this one https://www.costco.ca/Kaizen-Naturals-Vanilla-Whey-Protein-Isolate.product.100305817.html

Do you weight/measure everything you eat? Are you choosing the right entries from the database? You don't have to eat a certain amount of meals, just eat within your calorie goal and you'll lose weight.
