^^ This! I had to switch birth control and get a prescription to clear it up initially because nothing worked. After that I switched to cetaphil cleanser and Cera Ve moisturizers and rarely wear makeup, and never wear makeup to the gym. I haven't had an issue since. Hope that helps

I've heard good things about using monistat soothing care chafing relief for preventing razor burn/ingrown hairs. It's not very expensive. Maybe worth a shot? If that doesn't work maybe your Dr. can prescribe something?

I've seen it on either side, and have been guilty of it myself. I don't think it's a "woman" thing or a "man" thing to not express one's actual feelings, but a reluctance to face potentially confrontational situations.

Find out your tdee. Eat at a 20% deficit if you are trying to lose. Eat a balanced diet. Get adequate protein, carbs, fats, fiber. Drink adequate water. Get some exercise. You don't need pills you just need to eat enough, fit your macros.
