First of all you really do look great! And I do get like that. I have pics of me before I had a baby when I was 115pounds. Sometimes they discouarge me and other times they inspire me. I find it easier if I do not focus on those pics or pics of other girls. All of our bodies are different

I did not eat too much yesterday. I did not eat everything.in sight! I am finally getting myself under control. This time I will keep it that way.

Yes, snacking is okay, but I take it to a whole new level. It is more like emotional eating. I get like a zombie: food! :). I just keep thinking about what can I eat next. I was not born this way and I will overcome this for good!

I stuff my face stupid! When I break the habit I lose weight and when I let the food zombie (I call it that becasue that is what I am like: food, food, I must eat, etc.) I gain weight. I really dislike it when a certain co-worker will bring fattening junk into work and ask me if I want any o fit. I turn her offer down with a "No thanks". then she pushes the issues. IT is true: exercise is a pick-me-up. It raises those feel good hormones. So far, I have tracked everything. I have not been following a weight-loss plan, but I have tracked everything that I ate. Now I can see where the weight comes from. I have started ot exercise, when I can. It is a slow process, but I am taking the first couple of steps to changing my eating habits

I think that it depends on you, how sick you are. If you have the flu then you have to rest. The flu can be very serious. But you must pick back up.
