I've worked out at a lot of gyms. I just don't need the 1 yr. commitment right now. This one is very close to my house. Not lifting heavy -- have a shoulder injury.

I do about 3 or 4 days a week for one meal. I use Isopure zero carb 50 gm protein and use 1 or 1-1/2 scoops. They are pretty good.

I have a spiralizer (which I give 5 stars--love it) and do it all the time -- it is delicious. Cooking is very fast too! We use it like linguini with shrimp too. We steam it. Takes about 3 or 4 minutes. I do believe you could cook & serve it from the microwave but haven't tried it.

I try to do the atkins 20 carbs; protein around 100 and really don't worry about fat but I think I am fine there and keep my calories around 1200. I eat plenty of good green veggies and try to keep my processed foods down to a bare minimum. I can't even't think of the last processed thing I did eat. I had some king cake…

I was stalled for 4 weeks and JUST went down again today. Just stay steady and don't cheat. I started back on atkins 20 carbs Dec. 6, lost immediately, then stall stall stall until yesterday/today Feb. 1-2 down a few more. Total 11 since I started back on atkins. I feel so much better.
