I am on a journey to loose all my baby fat after 4 babies. I started 8 weeks ago at 191 and I am currently 171.2 I am so excited to keep going strong and get to my second goal weight which is 150. I am taking it one day at a time and when I don't see a difference i remind myself that slow steady it will all pay off at the end. I have my days where i constantly struggle with looking at myself in mirror and saying that i don't see any difference but my clothes say otherwise. I went from a size 15 to a kind of tight 11 but loose 13..

Starting from left is week 1 at 191, week 4 at 182 and week 8 at 171.2 I am breastfeeding so i think that has help me alot and I also do from 30 to 45 min of cardio mix with some dumbells workouts 6 days a week taking sunday off.
