    Congrats to you, you look great!! We are the same height and same starting weight. Your current weight is where I was 3 years ago and I was feeling pretty good. I then stopped exercising and blew back up to 181, with the help of exercise again I am now down to 165 with the plans of getting back down to 138 and then go from there. I am so glad I came across your post today, it was what I needed!
