I haven't given up anything. Not a single thing. If I fancy it, I make sure I either work out harder, or adjust my other calories to fit around it. This is a lifestyle change and if my life has to be without ever enjoying my favourite snacks, I'd rather be fat

Sugar free jelly. I go through soo much on my craving days and it's only around 10 calories a pot.
-
I was extremely happy at a UK size 12.. Which is not small by any measure... I just think I'd look ridiculous any smaller.
-
NONE. I've lost 50lbs and am still hovering around my starting clothes size! Explain that one.
-
Depends a lot on what kinda person you are. 1-2lb loses actually demotivate me; busting my *kitten* for 7 days and losing 1lb? Pass the cake! So I wait and weigh once a month; that way I only ever see around 10lb of loss each time, a lot more motivational for the loss-greedy like me. :drinker: - The only downside to this…
-
Feel free to add me, about 100 to lose!

HILARIOUS. It's a joke regarding stereotypes... I think I'd only find it offensive if it applied to me. It doesn't so I don't. Surely you must see these types of people at your gym?

Puppy! :D

It's an awesome tool for anyone just starting out. People going from sedentary or just the generally unfit can really ease themselves into it with the Wii. The calorie burn isn't amazing, but it certainly beats sitting on your butt! I loved it when I first started losing weight.

You need to remember that time is a man-made concept; your body doesn't care what time it is (hence all the late night snackers) it will store or use up calories over a period of time, not necessarily every 24 hours. Just try to stay at a deficit per week as a general rule and you should be fine.
-
I do mine weekly... As long as you are around a 3,500 calorie deficit you should still lose 1lb a week. I don't necessarily reset my goal every day though, on the app it gives an average for the week and if you're under or over for each week, so I just go by that and ignore the big red number on the day.

Only really gone down by band size, cup has stayed the same. Obviously, they're slightly smaller now (due to the band reduction) but as the rest of me is also smaller, I'd say that proportionally, they look exactly the same.

Mature would be not letting your feelings and naïveté rule your better judgement; a mature person would look at this situation, gather a little dignity and say NOPE. He's taken, he's obviously a **** person for stringing other women along when he's engaged. If he was a decent guy and if he really wanted you, he'd have left…

Actually disgusted by the amount of people that say it doesn't count because he's not married... There are people that have been together (unmarried) for decades; does that rule apply to them too? Think about his poor fiance, excitedly planning their future together whilst he's off spinning lines to the nearest pretty…

Definitely count me in; been falling off the wagon lately and could use all the help I can get! Current:240 Goal:200

Oh god. That sounds horrendous. I wouldn't want to live without bacon in my life :brokenheart:
-
No one's interested, because of that ^

Might be a little late, but HI! I'm Abi, 22 and live in Brentry. Just lost 52lbs before putting 12 back on at Christmas :( Hopefully it'll be gone again by my birthday at the end of Feb
-
23 in Feb! Boo :(
-
But that was my entire point! I fell in love with that dress, both online and in the store... Why should I have to buy something else just incase some jerk can't handle seeing what is clearly only about 10% of my actual breast and has to make comment on it?
-
Don't get me wrong, I'm totally against someone taking obviously revealing shots and then complaining about rude comments, but this thread quickly turned into suggesting every woman who shows a bit of cleavage is clearly an attention *kitten*. The second pic I posted was of me in a dress that is about as high necked as you…
-
Believe it or not, it is actually the same dress lol, mine looked like the first picture before I got my boobies in it and stretched the crap out of it with them.
-
Thanks ;)
-
Hopefully this will work... This is the SAME dress, one on a smaller bust, the other not. It's not always deliberate... Sometimes we just like that particular item of clothing! Back off. that did not work ^^
-
I don't really consider DD to be so big to a point where they're uncoverable... I'm talking about the women with F cups and more. Even a standard t-shirt shows cleavage a lot of the time with me and I've actually been commented about because of it... I didn't wear it for attention; I wore it because it was an awesome shirt…
-
Screw that, why do we have to wear two bloody shirts just because people can't keep their mouths shut! I didn't *make* these things grow on my chest, they're just there, I didn't ask for them and so I shouldn't have to apologize if you can see a percentage of them. As previous posters have said... Clothing as innocent as a…

Don't be so damn facetious... I'm sure you know the difference between complimenting someone's awesome shirt and being a prize creeper. If you don't know the basics of social decency such as differentiating between the two then maybe you just shouldn't interact with people at all.
-
NO ONE has any right to comment on anyone else's appearance. Whether it be concerning boobs or hair or just general fashion. Mind your own damn business, I say.
-
Also, may I add... Most shirts are not made with large breasts in mind and so do not provide enough material to cover it all... So you're either seeing my cleavage or you're gonna have to look at my stomach... Trust me; it's better this way.
