I just posted about this, lol...here ya go: I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I am using MFP to track my food. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes just this week. I have since set my Goals to Maintain weight, so I would be getting the right amount of calories for me and the baby. I met with a dietician yesterday. My goal on…

Nicely done. That kind of progress is a real motivator, along with the great folks on MFP! Keep it up :)

This thread seems easy as a prepare ahead of time and nuke and eat on the go. Second time I've recommended it..it just sounds so good. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/711823-breakfast-quiche-muffins-74-calories-each

The Special K Chocolate ceral works for me when I am really crazing sweets. Also, if I want a piece of chocolate or something sweet..I eat it...but in way less amounts than before. Everything in moderation. If you eliminate things you love, the new healthier you is at risk of not sticking around for very long!

That's some good stuff right there :) Thank you again! I look forward to seeing you continue to hit your goals!

My goal is 75 lbs...so I'm right there with ya. Please feel free to add me. Food journaling and a good support system are the keys to the kingdom for me :) We got this!!!

I'm right there with ya. I'm in my mid 30s and have 75 to lose to get my BMI under control. Please feel free to add me...as food journaling and a supportive community (group of motivators) are the keys to my success!!! Cheers! ~Andrea

Thank you for sharing! This is incredible and inspriring. As I sit here two weeks in, 6 lbs down, with my stomach growling and a headache - I have to remember I am reteaching my body what's healthy and what's not! I was poisoning my body with the amount of food and my choices. You go girl!! You look fabulous.

My two cents I had awesome success on WW - I lost 47 lbs on it in just around 4 months. I just did the online version. For me it was all about the food journaling and being accountable to what I put in my body. MFP seems to be doing the same thing...and it's FREE! Plus I still have a great community of folks for support,…
