    I noticed that everyone seems to have their "weakness" food. How do you find the will power to not eat it? Yesterday I tried really hard and about 9:00 last night ate a bowl of granola with 2% milk..I am having a hard time with night time cravings for sweets. Any suggestions?

    Ditto. The only reason I go to the gym as often as I can is so I can eat back my exercise calories and not feel guilty about what I choose to spend them on. Cake and french fries for the win!

    I hope it works for you. I started out trying this and it didn't. The cravings and hunger made me quite capable of eating far more than I burned, especially as I lost weight.

    But I'm just unlucky, hopefully you are one of the blessed ones. :drinker:

    The Special K Chocolate ceral works for me when I am really crazing sweets. Also, if I want a piece of chocolate or something sweet..I eat it...but in way less amounts than before. Everything in moderation. If you eliminate things you love, the new healthier you is at risk of not sticking around for very long!

    OMG, those are my Favorite. Add in a margartia (or 2) with that & I am there !!! lol YUMMY!!

    I run for beer every Saturday and Sunday, sometimes twice if I fancy some wine too.

    It's good to be healthy but it's not an endurance test, we all need our vices.
