It is suggested you take rest days. I dont like to take them- i just do something light on those days.

I have dropped 1-2 sizes. I say 1-2 because it matters on the brand im trying on. I can easily fit in a 12 but if i really try I can squeeze in a 10 but not without sucking, pulling, etc. I started at 18/16, then 14 and now im 12.
