Swimming???

Just wondering if anyone adds swimming to a exercise routine an if they have seen results or if anyone has any suggestions on swimming. I am thinking about starting.

    Do what exercises you find fun. Most enjoy swimming, and I surely would if I had a pool.

    I swim a bit... just enough so I can race triathlons during the summer (swimming isn't something I enjoy doing just for its own sake), but it's a pretty good workout.

    I swim. I wouldnt say it has done anything extra special but it does help.

    I do a masters swim program which has a coach. Our coach gives us swim sets that are interval based and vary in time and distance. We re basically doing HIIT workouts for approx 40 mins which is found to help burn the stuff you don't want on your body. This has helped me tremendously in getting to my weight and body fat goals.
