Ways to make my smoothie more filling
Right now my smoothies are just: Fruits, OJ, and Ice. Im not into veggie smoothies so im trying to stick with fruit. What would make it more filling? I guess I could add Protein Powder but i dont really know anything about it.

Asparagus help!

this may be silly, but are you suppose to do both sides in 1 set? and are your knees suppose to hurt when doing it? Im doing 1 set of 15reps at 20lbs. this is the machine where you sit on your knees and you twist side to side. (just to make sure you know what im talking about)
