one small step

This is my one small success step. Im calling it a success because i had no idea how strong i was. I went to the gym today and well, i cant run worth a poo but i did get on the bike 20mins without stopping! I also did a strength test they have you take before you start your personal workout routine... heres what i did:

Seated Chest Press: 15 reps 30lb
Seated Row: 15 reps 60lbs
Seated Leg Press: 15 reps 100lbs <-- I CANT believe this one!!!!!
Seated Shoulder Press: 15 reps 25lbs
Seated Back Extension: 25 reps 60lbs
Crunches: 34/min

this is the first time ive strength trained since highschool (2004) so im pretty proud of myself! I guess im strong, maybe this is light weight stuff, but i think its awesome!

That's definitely a great place to start and it doesn't matter what others lift, this is about you and I bet you feel super strong right now

That is a great accomplishment. The strength training you did is fantastic. I especially love the leg press at 100 pounds.
