still trying to balance but now what?

Im 1 week in and im trying to learn to eat better and i think i am a tad better. Today I am under my calories by 148 and MFP says " youre eating too few calories " but im not hungry! I actually have 2 snacks still- the Jello and the carrots w/PB that i havent even ate yet but im not thinking ill even want them.

is this just my body trying to get use to this or did i really eat crap again and im full on junk? :sad:

    Well...It would depend on what you qualify as 'junk' since everyone will have a different, even if only slightly different - opinion on this.

    Lucky you for no longer being hungry! I have to eat every 2-3 hours or suffer the consequences!

    Don't stress about it. It's one day, and think of it this way... You're that many calories extra for tomorrow. :)

    Thanks. I will think about it that way. One day isnt bad but i dont want it to become a habit :)
