New (well i think?)

I might of had a profile years ago but didnt do anything with it but thanks to my old highschool art teacher, ive started back up! I need to lose 30lbs, but im not on a time frame to lose it. I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Endometriosis so losing some weight is pretty important for my health rather than anything else. Im trying to find a gym or a workout i can do early AM before my husband leaves for work and im trying to get use to eating 3 meals a day!
