walking is my go to but when Im super stress I weight lift more than normal as well and double up my work outs

Hmm, ex is immature, self-centered and lacks self control. The best thing I ever did was move on

I agree with this, communication is key. I'm in a long distance relationship myself. Childish games need not apply in this situation. Shutting off because of anger is never the answer. Its normal to get in fights, talk about it when you are both cooled off a bit and address the issue.... if you feel there is a spark that…

This is a good one :) Agree with this!

LOL awesome!

Hi Kat ! Welcome! I'm roughly 58lbs down and a ways to go as well. Just sent you a request, I keep my food diary open and eat like any other normal human being (I have my slip ups)
-
agree with this :) There are some days some might not log correctly or have an off day but if consistent... everyone has their own journey and variations happen as well.

You can do this, I am a single parent of two feel free to add me if you like :)

First off and foremost welcome back! I am struggling to keep on track myself. Recently Divorced with two little ones and fighting to make sure I don't gain back what I've lost. I'm 36 and I was at 213 and am down to 183ish at this point and am struggling to lose more. One step at a time we can do this! Feel free to add me…

I definetely agree with what she said! That person is trying to make herself better for giving in to indulgence that wasn't necessarily the greatest of food choices for her either.

This !

I have the older Polar FT4 and I just got the Polar FT6 that links to your cell phone and love them both.

Welcome! Feel free to add me ! We all have our moments of indulgence its just a matter of bouncing back :) I have a bit to go but love to to support MFP as much as I can. Im 36 and I was 213 lbs and Im down to 194 and trying to get there.

This ... yep I gained it back and then some. The best way is to do what your doing and if you do decide to use it make sure your doctor monitors you and you are not on it for very long (it can weaken the heart muscles if prolonged use)
-
Welcome! It sounds like you have made some changes to help you and thats great! I have found that it has been a tremendous support system to have MFP. I have a long ways to go myself but I'm making small changes and taking one day at a time. Feel free to add me if you like!
-
Take each day one day at a time, and take each thing at time. Making small changes eventually the bigger picture shines through. Hang in there!
-
Feel free to add me :) I'd love to have new buddies! Don't get discouraged, you will have ups and downs. It's just a matter of getting back up !
-
Defiantly this ! I couldn't agree more thats what keeps me going as well.... I was very unmotivated as an example yesterday but I refused to give into temptation and once I got going I as just fine
-
I have started up and stopped again on several occasions... this time I have been sticking with it I am 45 days in and I've started to move forward at a slow pace (which I prefer) I send you a friend request if you like to add me please do ! You can do this ! I don't eat "clean" I'm just trying to adjust how much I eat and…

For me its more of a privacy/safety thing why I don't post photos of myself. personal preference ! :)
-
Hope you don't mind I just send you a friend request

You are exactly right on making small changes... If drastic and large changes are made you are less likely to change your habits (speaking from experience myself have failed miserably). Another thing I've noticed is to have a good support system.
