I would say bad, go for cheat meals. If you binge/cheat for an entire day calories are gonna add up. I like to, for example, once a week, instead of getting myself a healthy meal I'll get myself something at McDonald's (usually a Burger with a snack wrap, McNuggets, or a McFlurry). I don't get the fries/coke though.

Which are tastier, McD's fries or five guys? I've never been to five guys. Also I find 572 grams of fries totally ridicoulous, who needs all that? I already think the large fries at Mickey D's is big enough. I wonder what Morgan Spurlock would say about that, I remember him talking about how supersized meals at Mcdonalds…

Haven't eaten pizza since my birthday. To be honest it doesn't even give me that much appetite. But desserts... Yum yum! Why does sugary food taste so good?

You require 3500 extra calories to gain one pound, and I highly doubt you got that high over your daily goal so it's okay. I actually ate at Mickeyd's today. First time since August. It tasted like real beef to me, but again, I live in France, and maybe McDonalds is worse in the US. I barely ate a part of the bun, though. I also only had the burger, not the fries or coke.

It won't. At least for fat. I think too many carbs might though, so be careful with those, just in case.

When food is very greasy, I'll take a paper towel and take that grease out. I also like to leave the best part of the food for last.

I think angel cake is great. Ice cream cake is also lower in calories since it's made out of ice cream. Or else, enjoy your high calorie cake, it's your birthday man!

Okay, I seem to be doing great as of now. I've stopped quite some snacking, and instead am eating very small, more frequent meals.

A LOT! When my mom cooked for me, she added lots of oil. I just really liked it that way. I also used to eat a whole 100-150 gram lay's chips bag in a single day. I also ate tons of candy, and fast food all the time, with some regular coke. When I think about it I'm really suprised I wasn't fatter than what I was.

That happens to me also, I sometimes start eating just cause I'm bored. I'd say get some gum or, better yet, exercise. Find something to do.

^^I agree. You should get some more protein into your diet. Are you vegeterian or vegan? If you're vegeterian, you could try egg whites, those are filled with protein. The chocolate I used to eat at first was 40%. One day I went straight to the 90% dark. The first time you taste it, it's pretty crazy. The thing is really powerful and bitter, but after some time, I managed to like it.

I used to eat loads of fast food, so dieting has saved me much money. I however now buy better brands and overall healthier stuff though.

It's hard. Today, at school, we had a little party, and I felt so guilty after eating that cake and stuff. I'm still in my calorie goal so it's ok, plus, 400 calories from junk isn't gonna kill me.
