I'm making mine into a quiche today (for St. Patrick's day... ahaha). When you crumble up tofu, you can use it the same way you would use eggs... in a scramble, or quiche for example. Or you could crumble the tofu, add onions, bread crumbs, spices, mushrooms and bake it like a meatloaf. If you cut up the block of tofu into…

Right, don't eat the pod. Just the beans. I've never heard of people using the whole pod to dip into hummus before... but I HAVE read a lot of recipes for "edamame hummus" where people replace chick peas with edamame (soy beans). Might be nice to try it today actually... could be a very festive green colour! :drinker:

Add them to miso soup. Sautee them with bok choi, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Top your pizza with them. Make shiitake mushroom soup.

Great job! You look fantastic.

Just eat healthy and forget about the unnecessary "detoxing". Your body's homeostatic system does an excellent job of keeping you toxin-free.

Yep, it's C-O-L-D out there! Make a point of doing some indoor exercises (even if it's just mopping the floor) and keep your chin up. Don't forget, bikini season is coming! :flowerforyou: Keep it up gurl!
