I have gotten tomato face after hard exercise all my life (36yo now). I just make sure to run any errands BEFORE hitting the gym so I don't get the "OMG...she's gonna keel over!" stares in the store :D

Not all Stevia products are created equal. Truvia (owned by Coca-Cola), per their patent, requires a 40 step process to get a stevia derivative that is then mixed with fillers and stabilizers. I believe PureVia is processed the same way. I use SweetLeaf myself and like it, but some people just can't get used to it.

I am 5'4" and 125lb. I use the TDEE method when calculating my daily needs. I eat 1600-1700 a day to lose weight and 2000-2100 to maintain. I had been doing stronglifts 3 days a week with 3 days of cardio, but got bored with it. Now I'm just cycling through some of Phase 2 & 3 of Jamie Eason's LiveFit program. I change…

I eat white rice all the time. The calorie count on my bags of brown rice, jasmine rice and japanese rice are all the same calorie count per serving size.

I was diagnosed as Bipolar II in 2005. I used to be on all kinds of medicinal cocktails to keep me stable and have been hospitalized three times. Right now I only take 200mg of Seroquel at night. I want to throttle people that give out misinformation like "it can be cured with diet". THERE IS NO CURE!!! However, over the…

I usually plan out my day over my morning coffee. I'm a creature of habit and tend to eat the same things day to day for breakfast, lunch and evening snack. I've built up a good amount of recipes using the recipe builder on this site so can easily add dinner in too. I like knowing what I have remaining for calories the…

What drives me bonkers is that check box at the bottom of the page that says "Yes, let other MyFitnessPal members use this food." during the Create Food process. It automatically defaults to an unchecked box so when you save it doesn't go into the main database. People are checking that box on purpose and adding in their…

I don't claim to know everything about GMO's but I would like to have the right to be able to NOT eat them. Here is a link with over 700 case studies as to why GMO's are not safe and hurt the environment. http://gmofreeusa.org/gmo-science/ For some lighter reading from the Non-GMO Project.…

I weigh it on a food scale in grams.

I eat them as a snack when I'm on the go. I like that they have simple ingredients (I can pronounce everything!) and it satisfies my sweet tooth.

I usually stream Pandora's "Today's Hits Radio" station. It's Top 40 music (Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Linkin' Park, etc.).

I eat Daisy 2% cottage cheese. It has 90 calories and 360mg of sodium for 113g serving. The ingredient list is very short compared to the majority of other brands. Daisy 2% ingredients: Cultured Skim Milk, Cream, Salt, Vitamin A Palmitate Hood regular ingredients: CULTURED PASTEURIZED SKIM MILK, MILK, CREAM, WHEY PROTEIN…

The only thing that I don't buy and keep in the house is Twizzlers. I have zero self control when it comes to those damn things. I will sit and eat and eat and eat until my belly aches.

I agree with everything everyone has said. Very good advice! Walmart and Target sell dumbbells for a reasonable price. You can work so many parts of your body just using those and will probably see faster results than doing strictly body weight.

No. Just no.

It varies for me. Sometimes I'll have calories leftover, but have reached my Protein, Carb & Fat goals so I'll just go to bed if I'm not hungry. Then I have times like tonight where I had 380 calories left, but hadn't hit my goal of at least 100 grams of protein. I just ate three hard boiled eggs to get me over my goal.

Right now I'm doing a little of both. I just got done with doing a bulk and now I'm cutting again so I need to be at a deficit. I put all my stats, activity level & to lose .5lb a week. MFP spit out 1580 and I'm silly and prefer a nice rounded number so I manually changed it to 1600. I am fairly active during the day even…

It's something I will never understand... I have no issues reaching my calorie goal and could happily eat more! I use full fat on most products and cook with butter and olive oil. I get over 100g protein a day without supplements.

I don't track it, but I don't have any health concerns. I find most of MFP's macro suggestions useless anyway.

Love me some okonomiyaki with extra mayo!

Nope. I have a voracious appetite no matter how hot or cold it is. I need my food in my belly!

Maybe it's a regional thing here in the US? I live in MA and you can find lamb everywhere....grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It's on sale all the time where I live too. I just bought boneless legs of lamb for $3.99lb last week and the chops always go on sale for $6.99lb. Goat is harder to come by, but my local Market…

Yoga and pilates are quiet and low impact exercises. You can improve your strength and flexibility and may even find relief for your back and hip problems. There are plenty of videos on Youtube from beginners to advanced. Not sure if you have cable or who your provider is, but I have Charter and there are On Demand Yoga…

I make sure to buy ones that have cups to prevent the uni-boob look. I'm not very large chested so I can't suggest brands for you. A side note....I treat them as I do my regular bras. I always wash mine in a lingerie bag and never put them in the dryer.

Twizzlers or Sour Patch Kids. Sometimes I have popcorn, but now that we have Starbucks in our theater I usually spend those calories on something from there.
-
I have a pair of Klipsch. I'm not sure of the model number since I got them about 3 years ago. Those suckers stay put no matter what I'm doing!

I eat pretty much the same thing for lunch every day. I'm a creature of habit :) Scrambled eggs (1 whole, 3 whites) w/ baby spinach small baked sweet potato 1/2 orange or yellow bell pepper another veggie (usually whatever is leftover from last night's dinner) fresh berries

The new suit is just absolutely freaking adorable!

I agree with the other poster that the top is too small as well as the bottoms. It is a very cute suit though.
