There is no medical reason for limiting carbs.....I just always go for the extra helping of potato and bread.

I didn't make the two pounds this month, but I did lose 1 so I am okay with that! (I went on vacation in the middle of the month so that didn't help)

I do use Crystal Light to flavor the water, I don't like plain water. I also drink flavored seltzer water for the fizz! I used to drink alot of pop, but I limit myself to one on the weekend so it is a treat. Good Luck!
