hey tink! well....i was going thru the same thing last week....wondering if my morning tea counts as my water for the day! so....i went to the dr i work for and she told me as long as there are NO calories what so ever.....i can count it as water! my tea has zero calories and zero with the splenda too! so....my tea does…

wont and cant lie....still the same at 230! i am being honest.....that i havent really walked in the last 2wks either! so its totally my own fault! next week......U WILL SEE A WGT LOSS.....TRUST ME!!!
