I fell of the wagon many times. but am back on it now. I have 117 pounds to lose. calories in vs calories out for me. im doing it slowly this time, and the correct way... 1660 calories a day. i would be happy to make some friends on there..

I remember reading that .your body will only use what protein it needs and the rest your body dumps via urine.

you can do it.. i have lost 19lb in a month and 2 days. by simply cutting out the junk food and going low carb. im also going the gym 5 days a week.. i believe you really can do this.

1st off. good luck for tomorrow. muscle does weigh more than fat. but you cannot turn fat to muscle. building muscle helps burn more fat though. cardio burns more calories. weight lifting to burn body fat. as for diets just cut out sugars and processed foods. eat loads of veg's and animal meat/fat chicken turkey etc. no…

well half way through reading some of these posts i decided to raise my calories to 2k. and i have gone +2lb this morning :( feels like i can never have a treat or something slightly fatty without putting a dam stone on. sad panda this morning. im hoping its just water weight. i was at the gym yesterday also.

i started dec 28th 2012.. no i dont work weird hours.. im on a diet where i go without food for 19 hours (most of this is sleeping) and then eat within a 5 hour window. this is the caveman diet/intermittent fasting..

i had the same thing.. however i know i lost weight as i had to make new holes in my belt.. keep at it. you will gain a lot of muscle at the start so don't just go off the scales. you are right on track.. weigh in time is best done in the morning after your first wee.
