i despise anything really sweet that makes your teeth hurt (sauces, icings, candy,) if you can litterally crunch the sugar that is gross, but i do like chocolate and cookies....i crave the salty stuff chips, nuts, pretzels, tostitos....:heart:

i buy snacks like those 100 cal pkgs they are great for a sugar fix and if you need chocolate buy some dark chocolate break the bar into individual little squares and freeze it the nwhen you want some pull out one square and let it melt in your mouth that way yyou can savour it

go ahead and eat its not harmfull for your body to eat late, just dont stuff yourself with things that are heavy....thats hard on your metabolism while your sleeping

i just got the FT 80 and its a great help...it does everything the major functions are weight training and fitness training....it is my trainer that i cant go to the gym and get harrassed by.......the only thing it doesnt do is get me moving (but it does have an alarm to tell me when its time to exercise:)

if you have access to a pool, a friends or a rec center.....get in one and just do laps or take a class for water aerobics they both will work and the water is a great cushion for the joints...hope that helps

i know personally if i were the one going to the gym early i would have some water and that was it before weights and cardio it does tend to burn more fat reserves if you are running on empty........if you feel like you need some energy tho try having a good dinner of complex carbs that will give you loads of energy for…

def have to say i look at my double chin, also my stomach and pouch.....i have to make sure it doenst look even more disgusting in something then it already is.....oh and i used to obsess about the girls and the back fat but they are both disappearing nicely :wink:

ugh i soooo know what this feels like only he does do his properly and i do too but he still loses 5 lbs to my .5 grrrr :grumble:

yup i would say its rebelling .....i know if i miss one my back hurts my joints ache and i can barely move....might be an indication to exercise at all costs :drinker:

im trying to get below that as well....234 right now but have not been below 200 in about 9 years.....it will be amazing when i get there.....would like my final goal to be around 140-150

in truth it doesnt really matter...i personally do weights then cardio but i do notice if it is a really big cardio day if i have done legs frist im in extreme fatigue mode a whole lot quicker....its up to you, just remember to warm up and cool down and ALWAYS stretch it helps your blood flow and start to repair the damage

yeah same here had a big get together with friends we havent seen in a long time yesturday and i ate like a pig :frown: .....so needless to say i was sick and tired all day today and dint make great choices again today so i am feeling it even worse :sick: :yawn:
