Is my mind playing tricks on me?

Hello everyone. Today is the 1st time since I started working out (almost 5 weeks) that I have missed an exercise day other than my scheduled rest day. I just didn't have time today because I had to go shop, clean and prepare for DDs bday party tomorrow. The thing is, even though mentally I feel awful for not working out, it seems as if my body is rebelling tonight. It's as though since I didn't work out my body is literally aching. My back is even starting to hurt, which is hasn't done recently. Is this just in my "head" or could my body really be so used to working out it's craving a workout??

    i think so... i'm not a religious exerciser myself, but i have a friend who is -- he took a few weeks off from working out and kept hurting himself -- like his body was falling apart or something.

    yup i would say its rebelling .....i know if i miss one my back hurts my joints ache and i can barely move....might be an indication to exercise at all costs :drinker:
