As long as you understand that that means losing more muscle and still not liking your body when you get to goal weight?
You do not want to lose your muscle. I did this horrible diet with no exercise and lost weight fast but I was not happy, tired and weak. Took me forever to build some muscle back and I…

I am 5'9" and I was happiest at 130lbs so I dont think 141lbs is unhealthy at all

I like lemons and brownies. I always had to have a brownie after I was 6 months pregnant. I still like brownies of course but I couldnt eat lemons after my son was born. I used to just peel and eat them like oranges.

Just input your goals and it will tell you the calories. stick with it, workout and do the best you can. I wouldnt set any expectations on how much to lose each months but at the end of six months I guarantee you will be happy with however good you have done :)

I would at least eat 1200 calories and try weight lifting instead of cardio. do you have any before and after pics?
-
hahaha that was the first thing I lost. my boobs and butt :'(
-
yeah I need to crack down too. my body will not let me get away with guess. the digital scale is so helpful

you can request me if you want. I was on here for a while and doing great. I got busy with school in september and gained 20lbs. trying to get back on track now. struggling a bit :) SW 167 originally lost 40lbs. starting again at 147lbs goal back to 127lbs

my mom does that too. all growing up my sister was the pretty one and my mom mentioned it all the time. still does. but now my gained weight and my mom tells her all the time, that outfit makes you look fat. how is your diet going doesnt look like its working.

I take a 20 minute walk twice a day on my breaks and a walk on my lunch break. I usually get 8000 steps. if I want more I will take the dogs for a walk when I get home but I usually go to the gym and I dont feel my steps are as important

I confess I am addicted to fb, I lie to my kid and tell him my brownies are for adults only because I dont want him to eat them all and I only pretend to be my ex's friend and secretly hope him and his girlfriend break up soon.

I think most people gave great advice, you dont want to eat at a deficit but you dont need to eat for two by adding a whole 1200 calories more. if you under eat, you body is going to automatically pull from your fat reserves to protect the baby and leave you with very little energy and sick
-
I have the same goals. you look like you are doing great from your pic!!
-
dont eat less than 1200 calories. enter your info into mfp it should tell you how much to eat.
-
I had a bf tell me I wasnt exactly petite :( hahaha
-
I consider myself thin. I am 5'9" and 130lbs. many people tell me I am skinny or tell me to eat a cheeseburger. There is no set number of what makes you thin, just a comparison. So it really depends on what you compare it to.

I am the worst at maintenance. once I see I am gaining weight I go back to a deficit :(
-
I was because of some stupid diet I did and had to have a prescription. I am fine now, I walk outside alot.
-
I know how you feel. I lost 40lbs and my arms and legs got extremely thin but I still had a pooch. Now I lost about 8lbs and workout and lift and it's starting to go away. I even have some friends who are alot thicker than me with a flat stomach so it sucks. I had a kid though so that is where mine came from, but I have…

dont feel bad, apparently what I said must have been rude or needless as well.
-
^^ this!! stop eating back all your workout calories. you are not burning as much as mfp says you are.
-
I dont rinse it, and for a salad I use less liquid but I still dont rinse them. I like the taste :)
-
I over ate this weekend too. I long as I eat normal and do my workouts my weight goes back to where it was after 2-3 days.
-
I am with you, I hate cardio and I cant do it for a long period of time. I mostly just do walking as mine. I never smoked so I dont have that excuse, I just suck at it lol
-
are you eating back your workout calories? you definitely have to be eating more calories than you are burning.
-
I just track and stay within my calories as I normally do during the week. I dont plan a cheat meal because they usually happen randomly for me as friends want to go out for dinner last minute. I found when eating whatever I wanted on the weekends was just ruining the effort I put in all week and then I would spend the…

just stay within your calories and I wouldnt worry about trying to get that much protein in. dont make it harder than it should be or you wont want to do it for very long.
-
the app on my phone reminds me it I forget. and I will just log in a coffee or something if I didnt want to log for the day lol
-
are you drinking enough water? sometimes a hard workout causes me to show a weight gain but then I drink extra water and after a few days I am down.
