you can do chest exercises (push-ups, bench press, dumbbell flyes, that sort of thing) to help build the muscle behind the breasts, but that's all really. It's not uncommon to have a reduction in breast size since they are made up of mostly of fat cells.

I don't understand people's obsession with trying to count other things (housework, yard work, etc...) as "exercise". Why not skip trying to count it and workout instead, then you have bonus calories burned.

Try eating back your calories with something that is actually good for you, like lean meat, veggies/fruit instead of crap. The bloat is from the sodium, not that you ate back any calories you burned.

Same for me...in addition to issues regarding GMOs. I have found that i just feel much better w/o it in my diet. I will have it occasionally, but pretty much just stick to meats and veggies/fruits these days.

Not everyone is on the site for community support. Some people are using it as a tool to keep track of their intake, not for everyone else to keep track of it as well.

stay away from anything w/a "crispy" shell. You could do the salad (don't eat shell), get it w/chicken and skip the sour cream. Or if available regular soft tacos (w/corn tortillas not flour), again chicken and skip the sour cream and cheese.
