At work I walk all day and I do not log it and it is a couple of miles aday. But I don't log any of my exercise.

I would't worry about going over on your protiens, you are not going over by that many anyway . As for the fat is that the exact brand of chicken you are eating? The chicken I put in my diary only has 2 grams of fat in it.

People can only look at your diary if they are friends with you. Don't worry about your protiens being in the red, mine are every day.

To much protein is a problem but you are only getting it from food so it's not a problem for you.

If you stop eating fast food you will lose the cravings for it. Then when you do eat it for the first time again you probably won't feel all that great. If you have not seen it you should watch Super Size Me.

Don't beat yourself up about it I'm in the same boat with power90 MS . Went to Disney for a week and have been in vacation mode ever since. I'm going to get back on it tomorrow.

I take thyroid medication and have lost 30 lbs since January. Once you get your thyroid levels back to normal losing weight will go back to normal as long as your eating the right amount of calories and working out.

Maybe it's time to up your workouts a little but remember just bc you are sweating doesn't mean you will lose weight. If that were the case that really big person that sweats just sitting in a chair wouldn' t be big for long.

Do you know how many calories you are eating? Because with all the exercising you are doing you may not be getting enough, which could also be a reason you are not losing weight.
