    week 2...... 203.5 -4.5
    week 3........201.8 -1.7
    week 4........197 -4.8

    11 lbs lost total!! Finally out of the 200's

    Ended up at 259.5 (both yesterday and today). However due to my schedule, my workouts stopped and I ate out a lot (amazing how wings and a beer will slow you down). I am trying to get back into a routine again, however I hit the road Thursday for 5 days again. I am going to attempt to do better while travelling. If I can keep under 260 during this time I will be happy..... once next week starts time to give it a serious go again.

    Forgot to check in here yesterday, up to 161 so definitely didn't lose any for Feb :/

    Well I did not make it missed it by 1 LB.:explode: but Ill take it I am going ing the right direction. I started FEB at 223 and ended at 214 but today the 2nd of March I am at 213.

    Say guys lets do this again for March and add a mile run with it like has been suggested. whadda say??? Who's in?

    JC I am not trying to take this over just trying to keep it going.

    My starting weight is 213.5 let's go guys 10lbs in March. We will post challenges every Monday.
