    well looks like i won the weight loss by lbs but panda_jack beat me by % so this one goes to you panda_jack.

    good job everyone as a group ( people who loging in there weight ) we are now 28.5 lbs lighter and 0.93% less body weight

    I BELIVE I AM GETTING SICK i have lost 2 in this week but gain 5 lbs have to be water think i might be in the + side this week. i have been walking 6 to 12 miles a day before work.????????? we will see
