    I don't know if I can do 10 in March, but I am game. 179 pounds is my start weight. If I lose 10 I would be within 5 pounds of my goal, and I expect weight loss to slow down as I get closer.

    I am in 259.5 starting weight. This week might be tough as I am leaving again today to travel, but hopefully I can make up for it the rest of the month. My goal was 250 for April 1, so lets do this.

    Can we have a set format for reporting in each Monday? It makes it easier to scan who lost what. I propose something like this:

    SW - xxx lbs
    Week 1 - xxx lbs
    Week 2 - xxx lbs
    Week 3 - xxx lbs
    Week 4 - xxx lbs
    Total lost - xx lbs

    I'M COOL WITH THAT. Also how about the person with the most % loss gets to pick to mini Challenge for the following week?? just throwing it out there..

    if so i guess theis weeks starting monday will be 10 man powered miles.

    Back on the road again and hopefully I won't be adding the pounds back on. Was 256.5 this morning. I packed a cooler this time and taking as much as I can that doesn't require a fridge. I will give you my weight on Tuesday when I am back.

    me two i just hit 30.2 lbs lost today down to 272.8. i am kicking this in the *kitten* hope it stays this low for weight in

    Worked hard in the gym this week so not really sure what's up with the gain but hopefully that means a big number next week, nothin else to do but keep at it.

    I'm about 6 weeks into a strength training routine, so I think I might be adding some muscle weight as well. I'll just aim higher for next week.
