I don't know if I can do 10 in March, but I am game. 179 pounds is my start weight. If I lose 10 I would be within 5 pounds of my goal, and I expect weight loss to slow down as I get closer.0

Can we have a set format for reporting in each Monday? It makes it easier to scan who lost what. I propose something like this:
SW - xxx lbs
Week 1 - xxx lbs
Week 2 - xxx lbs
Week 3 - xxx lbs
Week 4 - xxx lbs
Total lost - xx lbs0 -

Back on the road again and hopefully I won't be adding the pounds back on. Was 256.5 this morning. I packed a cooler this time and taking as much as I can that doesn't require a fridge. I will give you my weight on Tuesday when I am back.0
