I'm going to have to bow out for week 4. I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy Monday, so I'll be "prepping" all Sunday (basically, doing #2 all day) and that's not going to make for an accurate weigh in. I'm 4.5lbs off the goal and have been forbidden from working out until my test results come in, so I wasn't going to make the 10lbs anyway, at least not naturally. My doctor said the prep will knock 6-8 pounds off me, but I'll regain within 48 hours once I rehydrate and eat solid foods again.0 -
