  • bezo321- stretch, stretch and stretch again! Invest in a yoga strap, loop it around a foot & lie on your back, extending your leg in the air- point and flex your foot. It helps.

  • Hi! You have to press a button (the only button) to see the time. Press it again to see steps, again to see calories...etc. It's a good tool. I sync it with my phone and it give me an "atta-girl" when I reach my daily goal. :wink:
  • @travslst, I'm on Alpha wk3, d3- it wasn't until a few days ago that I noticed my face/neck looked slimmer. I caught my reflection in a window and saw my shoulders looked more defined & I could see my collar bone (must be all those Shoulder Taps!). My quads started feeling like lead after the 2nd week. :smiley:
  • Your inquiries are off to a good start. Vibrams aren't the type of shoe for EVERYbody- but neither are high-heels. I've used court-shoes for running (bad choice) and running shoes for hiking (again, bad choice). I recommend getting fit for the type of shoe you need- one that won't mask one problem, while creating another.…
  • I use vibram 5 fingers and not only has it helped my running & impact on my knees but I also had back-relief. It takes allot of getting used to and if anything- you'll learn how to walk/run, properly. Heel-to-toe can (eventually) cause allot of damage to your foot (if you think knee pain hurts, wait til Plantar Fasciitis…
