Ok thank you! It is actually my mid to upper back where the discomfort is. After posting this I remember I had softball practice on friday and was up to bat for quite a while which I haven't done in about a year so that might actually be the cause of it :)

Hey! I had my gallbladder removed a year and a half ago. It took me about a week before I was able to sit up and dress myself and go back to work/school. I can't remember what the enzyme is that they recommend for post-surgery but I got it at the Health food store and it's supposed to be really good for helping your body…

I don't think he's intentionally trying to sabotage you.. My boyfriend is very skinny and can consume anything he wants. He doesn't understand it's a lot harder for me to eat something junky and lose weight. Maybe try explaining it to him your reasons for wanting to lose weight and ask him to support you by not offering…

Almonds do have a lot of calories but they are good for you. I eat about 10-20 at a time and it's about 70-140 calories for 10 to 20. Almonds have "good fat" in them which makes them good for you, and can also help lower you LDL or "bad cholesterol". Keep eating almonds but in moderation.

Breakfast is my favourite meal!! I cook breakfast for a large number of people at work here are some of my favourites: Mini frittatas- You can put anything in them, just mix up some egg, veggies and spice bake in a mini muffin tray with mini cupcake liners.
