Best pre-workout Cereal<<
Not for the carbophobic type people. But carbs are the secret and they're the key to amazing workouts and fast recovery.
Ingredients:
Fibre 1 Honey Clusters (or any of your fav cereal as base) - 1 cup
Pitted, pressed dates cubes covered in cinnamon - 125g
Medium banana (I like mine a little overripe) - 1 banana
A sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds
Pure honey - 1tbsp
And then I like to use almond milk with 2 scoops of coconut chocolate whey protein
Now you can enjoy the cereal enjoy all the energy to follow
1,100 cals, 200 carbs, 10 fat, 65 protein.

You can cut everything in half to 550 cals. And date cubes with cinnamon are awesome btw0 -
