Kaylee_law_12 You can do it Hun I promise. If i did it ( I was so outta shape) you can do it you just have to stick to it,and yes dont worry about being at there pace. Just stick with a good meal plan. Good lluck

HI! I started month two yesterday and I did workout two this morning omg just when I had started to keep up with the workouts on month 1!!!! I wanted to die last night but I pushed it trough and Im ecxited to start seeing some results,we have come this far we gotta keep moving!!!

Thanks everyone for there suggestions,I think the whole weighlifting idea is probably the next option. Once I see complete the Insanity program I will see what Im left with and go from there . I had a normal healthy vaginal delivery. I was not over weight before the pregnancy its just all the left over streched out skin…

Im on week 3 day 3 and like you, MFP suggest that I eat 1200 calories then after my insanity workouts wich usually burn from 300-600 calories I add those to the 1200 meaning I eat close to 1700 Its hard for me to eat that much now since I got used to eating only 1200 and I was scared to eat 1700 thinking I wasnt going to…

yup same here only water water water and boy is it hard to refuse alcohol specially for memorial weekend but Im proud of myself for being strong! glad thats over with lol I got bigger things in mind :) you can do it!

You can still try and they say by the end of the program you will know how to do push ups and more. I still cant do one :( but i sure try and I think Im getting better already. Im on week 3 day 3 good luck to everyone :) likewise feel free to add me,Whatever help I can get and give to get trough this will be much needed!
