INSANITY MONTH 2 STARTS TODAY!!

Who else is still hanging in with me?
seems like all the people who started in May gave up on me :(
Anyway Im so very scared of todays workout, it seems like its going to be very intense for the next month.
I need to see some results already!!!

Whos in month 2? any good advice?
are you guys working out on a mat? carpet?
My living room is Tile and Im afraid ill hurt my knee
during month 1 i had bad knee pain so I had to lay out a light mat but I hear month 2 is hard.
