I'll eat fruit when I'm craving sweets. If that doesn't work a couple pieces of chocolate. For me I find that when I ban sweets I crave them more...

Yes I have been stuck for the last couple of months as well and have switched up my calorie intake as well as my workouts. I also measure though so when I don't s ebthe scale moving I check my measurements and see the difference there.

I would take some Motrin, life doesn't stop because our period shows up. That's what I have to tell my 10 year old and I live by that rule. Over time exercise will help so periods are not so heavy. Cramping may or may not improve but take a Motrin 20 min or more before a workout. Stay close to a restroom in case you have…

I would go to the gym... I am not motivated enough to work out at home so I got a membership to the gym. Although its only 2 min away for me. We have a total gym and I used it for about three days and was bored, so I understand where your coming from.

I agree, if I have enough calories and I want the cookie im gonna eat it. And if I go over my calorie goal before the cookie ill probably still eat it:).
