For the last 2 months Ive been stuck between 214 and 217...i can't seem to get below that. I've changed my eating patterns I change my workout patterns. I'm stuck and it's really frustrating that I can't get past this plateau. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you weighing/logging your food and eating at a caloric deficit?0

How accurate is your food logging? Do you use a food scale?0

Well I measure anything thats liquid and I whatever else I can't measure I use the barcode thing and I make sure everything I put in is correct.0

Packaged foods can be off as much as 20%.

Yes I have been stuck for the last couple of months as well and have switched up my calorie intake as well as my workouts. I also measure though so when I don't s ebthe scale moving I check my measurements and see the difference there.0

How frustrating. I am glad you are not gaining, and suspect that your body is just adjusting to being in this weight range, and will start dropping pounds in 2 weeks given that you are sticking to it. Be tough and hang in there.0
