Pan frying in a tbs. of butter is my favorite way to cook fish. Heat butter, but don't let it burn. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. season each side with salt, pepper, fresh herb of your choice (I like thyme) and a light sprinkle of garlic powder. Fry each side about 4 to 5 minutes, starting on skin side down,…

Friend a lot of people to stay motivated and comment on their successes! MFP is a give and take program.. If you only take, no one will give. FYI. And most imporantly, even if you go over your calories, log, log, log everything! Good luck!

I would go heavy on fruits and fresh veggies, zucchini are good raw or cooked. tomatoes, green peppers and don't need to be refrigerated for a couple of days in shade. freeze whatever you can so it stays longer in the cooler. bacon, eggs,…

cheese sticks should hold up well in a cooler. apples, veggies dogs?, peanut butter and low cal bread with maybe low sugar fruit spread. would hard boiled eggs be ok in a cooler? maybe not. protein water or packets, still thinking... :)

I tried Oxy Elite a couple of times. I felt weird, stuttered and like I could fly out of my seat. Didn't want to eat, that's true, but I didn't feel good at all. Not for me. Yike, be careful!
